Industry Leaders in Big Data

Canabo clinics, uniquely positioned in North America, collect over two million data points from Canadian medical cannabis patients. We draw from a patient and treatment database covering a full spectrum of medical conditions, prescribed cannabinoids and varieties of medical cannabis. It is the largest known medical cannabis data source.

Extensive Data Collection Infrastructure

Canabo wholly owns and operates Canabo Medical Clinic (CMC), Canada’s largest network of referral-only clinics for medical cannabis. Opening in 2014, Canabo operates sixteen locations including Chilliwack, Kelowna in B.C.; Calgary, Edmonton in Alberta; London, Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Barrie, Toronto, St. Catharine’s, Kingston and Ottawa, Ont., and in the Maritimes, Sackville/Moncton, Halifax and St. John’s, with additional clinics opening nationally in 2017.

CMC’s over 60 physicians work closely with both doctors and patients to address their need for cannabinoid therapy with most patients visiting for symptoms of chronic pain, cancer, epilepsy, arthritis, anxiety and MS. This allows our research physicians to test treatments and types of cannabis against many different conditions.

Revenue in Research & Development, Insurance & Health Industries

Canabo’s business model creates revenue primarily from research and subscription access to our database as well as clinical operations and consulting services to insurance companies and employers relating to use of Medical Cannabis.

Access to data on 17.4 million treatable conditions in Canada supports research and development, insurance and healthcare

The total number of Medical Cannabis eligible patients in Canada is less than the presenting conditions, as some potential patients present with multiple conditions
